The area is peaceful and family‑friendly, with quiet hours observed. All guests must be included in the reservation, and the golf cart must be operated responsibly and requirements followed. ****Premium Cable and 40+Mbps: Good for heavy streaming, gaming, and downloading with an extreme number of connected devices Child ready: A pack and play, umbrella stroller and safety gate are available for use. Along with a carrier for hiking that will hold up to a 40lb child. There are also toys and books for the little ones as well as BOARD GAMES FOR ADULTS AND TEENS. Going to the Beach: Two beach chairs, beach towels for 7 guests and beach bag are available for use. Pantry Items: We provide salt, pepper, sugar, olive oil, a starter coffee brick with coffee pot filters. As well as different teas to enjoy. Enough Paper towels and toilet paper to last for a long weekend.

"The house was exactly what was in the pictures , however they don’t do it justice. Such a warm and cozy place. House was super clean and they go above and beyond making sure their guest have everything they need . Mary is an amazing host easy to communicate with and answers all your concerns and questions. The house is walking distance to the lake ( also comes with a golf cart) so I’m sure in the summer it’s even more enjoyable . One of the best AirBNB’s we’ve stayed in. The only suggestion I could make is another TV in guest bedroom."
